A three-million euro deal has been signed to boost daycare services in Ennis.

Cuan an Chlair has put pen to paper on the contract for the construction of a new daycare centre and 12 houses for the elderly at Cahercallamore in Ennis, adjacent to Cahercalla Hospital.
Work on the project will begin immediately, and is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Pauline McNamara, Chairperson of Cuan an Chláir, says this has come after many years of hard work.
