Moves by the Minister for Heritage to address concerns over restrictions to hedge cutting are being welcomed in Clare.

Heather Humphries has created a new working group to consider a number of submissions which have been sent to her department.
The issue has caused concern here in Clare with the local authority last year extending the application period for a special grant to assist people in trimming their road side hedges.
