A woman charged with murdering her eight year old son, was medically unfit to attend court this afternoon.

42-year old Diane Ward, of Harrison Place, Charleville, Co Cork, was due to appear before court in Newcastle West, Co Limerick.
She’s charged with the murder of her son Anthony at their home on September 3rd last.
When the case was called, Gardaí told the court Ms Ward was "medically unfit to travel" and presented a letter to the court from the HSE confirming this.
The matter was adjourned to Limerick District Court on September 25th.
