More Routes For Shannon

Shannon Airport is celebrating the addition of another summer sun destination to its growing schedule.

Aer Lingus has announced a new Malaga service to its summer routes, wth the airline planning to fly from Shannon to the Costa del Sol’s busiest airport twice weekly.

In addition to the Malaga flights, Aer Lingus has also announced that it’s to return in April with its three-times weekly Faro service while the airline’s weekly Lanzarote winter sun service, will operate until the end of March.

The airline’s 2014 schedule will also see almost double the frequencies on transatlantic routes from Shannon to New York and Boston, which will both go daily next year.
