More Commuter Chaos In Dublin

Commuters have faced more chaos in the capital as the Dublin Bus strike continues. 

Unions announced a serious escalation of the industrial action yesterday.

They're prepared for another 15 possible days of strike action.

No Dublin Bus services are running today – meaning large queues for motorists and packed Luases. 

Dublin Bus say the strike has cost them 4 million euro so far – according to Cliodhna Ni Fharta.

But SIPTU's Owen Reidy disputes the claim.

He also says Minister Shane Ross needs to stop sitting on the sidelines.

The disruption continues today, with the sides still yet to get around a table and hash it out. 

So for commuters the madness is likely to continue.
