An uncle of Molly Martens says she is determined to 'use every legal step available' to have her stepchildren returned to her care.

Her husband, 39 year old Jason Corbett, died in an alleged violent incident at his home in North Caroline earlier this month, and his funeral was held in Limerick last week.
Jason's two children are under the guardianship of his relatives, but Ms Martens wants to appeal the decision placing them in their care.
Molly's uncle Mike Earnest claims that Jason Corbett discussed US citizenship for himself and the children with Mike's wife just a week before he died.
