There's been a mixed response on the streets of Ennis to the idea of ending pub closures on Good Friday.

The Licensed Vintners Association and the Vintners Federation of Ireland want the Justice Minister to change the law banning the sale of alcohol on the day, claiming it's outdated and bad for tourism.
They're pointing to the 1916 celebrations and Ireland's football match with Switzerland that day as reasons for lifting the ban.
