AIB says it has found the missing documentation containing details of around 550 customers.
A business owner in Galway contacted the bank on Tuesday to say the printout was handed in to his premises on the day it was mislaid.

The Data Protection Commissioner has been informed and the bank is in the process of notifying affected customers.
