The Junior Transport Minister is to visit North Clare this afternoon to officially open the Ennistymon-Lahinch Cycleway.

The 400,000 euro project has seen a widening and extension of 4km of pathway alongside the N67 Ennistymon-Lahinch Road, and will get the seal of approval from Minister Alan Kelly at a ceremony today.
Lahinch Fine Gael Councillor Bill Slattery says it’s already proving to be a very popular leisure and tourist facility.
