Minister For Expenditure Commits To Further Funding For Clare Communities Without Wastewater Infrastructure

However while unsewered communities in the county, such as Carrigaholt, Doolin ,Spanish Point. Broadford and Cooraclare have applied for the scheme, it’s anticipated the construction costs could surpass the entire national allocation.

Responding to a Parliamentary question from Scariff based Independent TD, Michael McNamara on the matter, Minister Pascal Donohoe says the scheme will be revisited.
