The Communications Minister has hit out at protesters who shouted "midget" and "parasite" at the President.

Michael D Higgins was visiting a school in Finglas in North Dublin last week when anti-water charge demonstrators began shouting insults at him.
Minister Alex White says their conduct was "disgraceful" and "unacceptable".
He says the actions of the protesters are no way to treat any citizen.
