It's hoped the Minister with responsibility for the OPW will reveal a solution to flooding issues in South East Clare when he visits next week.
Sean Canney will meet residents in Springfield, Clonlara on Monday next, following disappointment expressed locally over efforts to resolve flooding issues there
The minister will also visit Ballycar, Newmarket on Fergus – another area where residents have had to live with frequent flooding.
