The environment minister has apologised for allegedly telling another TD to "eff off" during a Dail debate.

Alan Kelly was accused of making the comment to Mattie McGrath during a debate on water charges.
Deputy McGrath accused his Tipperary rival of using a "nasty expletive" under his breath.
Minister Kelly said he wasn't aware of making the comment, but apologised if he had done so.
