A leading homeless charity in the MidWest says the situation in Clare needs to be treated as an emergency.
The Department of Housing’s latest report shows 87 adults in this county were living in hotels, b&bs and other homeless shelters at the end of April.

Although its down slightly on the figures for March, it’s still 10% above this time last year, while the number of children recorded as homeless here remains unchanged.
