A Midwest Public Health specialist believes a ‘phased approach’ to the reopening of all areas of society is the right way forward.
The Government intends to reveal its roadmap for easing restrictions by the 31st of August.

However, it’s not expected any further reopening will take place until the end of September, when it’s expected more than 90 percent of the adult population will be fully vaccinated.
Dr Marie Casey, of the Midwest’s Department of Public Health, believes it’s important that schools are allowed to reopen before other areas of society are looked at.
