The MidWest Hospital Campaign is asking the public to turn out in their droves to show their support for their protest this afternoon.
The group’s holding it’s first protest in two years this afternoon at the Height in Ennis at 2pm.

They’re using the demonstration as a platform to highlight the ongoing overcrowding at University Hospital Limerick and to renew calls for the emergency departments at Ennis, Nenagh and St. John’s to be reopened on a 24-hour basis.
Member of the campaign, Ennistymon native Marie McMahon says they won’t give up the fight.
