The HSE Mid West is warning Clare residents travelling to Wales and the North East of England to ensure that their family members received the MMR vaccine to protect them against measles.

Outbreaks of measles have been recorded in both areas with over 50 children hospitalised.
The HSE says this is due to a low MMR vaccination uptake and are advising families travelling to those parts of the UK to ensure they are protected.
