A Michelin Service Award winner says her passion for hospitality developed off the back of working in restaurants in West Clare.
The ceremony for ‘the Michelin Guide, Britain and Ireland’ took place this week at Dublin’s Convention Centre, the first time the prestigious awards have been hosted in Ireland.

Barbara Nealon, who grew up in Doonaha, was among the winners on the night, taking home the prestigious award for her work at Saint Francis Provisions in Kinsale.
Barbara says her love for hospitality and produce grew out of humble beginnings in the west of this county.
