Dutch authorities are to publish a preliminary report this morning into the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine.

298 people were killed in July.
The plane was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur.
Today's report will set out what is believed to have happened, but will not apportion blame.
