Met Éireann is warning that wet conditions can be expected in Clare for the remainder of today.
A Status Yellow weather warning remains in place until midnight tonight for a total of 13 counties, with forecasters warning of a risk of flooding.

In Clare, flash flooding has been reported on some routes, including the Lahinch Road out of Ennistymon, and motorists throughout the county are urged to drive with care.
