The Coastguard is warning people to avoid exposed areas along the west and north-west of the country as severe gust are expected.
There’ll be strong winds across most of the country, with some gusts as strong as 130 kilometres an hour.

Met Eireann has issued weather warnings and have also warned that coastal and hilly areas will be the worst affected.
