A member of the Clare Association in Chicago believes the gun crime epidemic in America is a mental health issue.

US prosecutors have charged a suspect with seven murders over Monday’s Independence Day parade shooting in Chicago.

Officers believe 21 year-old Robert Crimo had planned the attack for weeks, and had legally bought the rifle he used.
