Meeting To Take Place This Week On The Future Of Clarecastle

A meeting will take place at Clarecastle National School this week to plan the future of the little fishing village.

In the last six years, the population of the home of the historic port of Clare has grown by 11%.

Clarecastle has equally faced challenges in the same timeframe, following the decommissioning of the Roche pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in 2019, where the brownfield site is due to be redeveloped.
