The Minister has stood firm in the face of criticism over his handling of his Department’s Budget, vowing not to resign despite opposition calls for him to do so.
He’s received the backing of Deputy Michael McNamara, who has hailed improvements to Ennis General and the introduction of free GP visits to children aged 5 and under, which he says comes as an added boost to nearly 5,800 children in the county.
