McNamara Admits ‘Urgent’ Need For New Ideas In Labour

A former Labour TD for Clare says new ideas are needed for the party.

Three local councillors around the country have called on party leader Brendan Howlin to step aside, with one saying Labour is ‘sleepwalking towards oblivion’.

It’s after a recent opinion poll put Labour on just 3% support.
