The Mayor of Clare, Pat Daly along with County Manager Tom Coughlin flys to the US today as part of the annual trip for the Saint Patrick’s Day festivities.

They will attend functions in Chicago and in New York over the coming days to meet the Clare associations in both cities, and hold talks with United Airlines, whose new service linking Shannon with Chicago begins this summer.
Representatives of the local authorities in Shannon, Kilrush and Ennis are also heading to the states
