The Mayor of Clare says the West Clare Railway Greenway will be a ‘jewel in the crown’ of the county once completed.
It’s after contracts were signed for the appointment of consultants for the second section of the project between Ennis and Ennistymon.

Construction is expected to begin in 2024 following a public consultation process with landowners and other stakeholders.
