Mayor Of Ennis Expects Further Delays To Ennis Flood Relief Scheme

The Mayor of Ennis believes a flood relief scheme in the town will be hit by further delays.

Paul Murphy is concerned after he sought an update on works on the Ennis South Flood Relief Scheme with engineers unable to provide a timeline.

The project, which aims to install long-term defences in Clonroadmore, Ballybeg and Clareabbey, is already several years behind schedule.
