The Mayor of Ennis says he's confident that plans for a new covered market in the town centre will lead to increased business.

Clare County Council has now drawn down a government loan of 1.75 million euro which will be used to fund the development.
It will go to tender in March, and construction may be completed by the end of the year.
Councillor Johnny Flynn thinks it will bring locals and visitors into the town.
