The Mayor of Clare says his hope for 2022 is that everyone in the county will have a roof over their heads.
The county development plan is out for public consultation until March 28th 2022, when it is set to be signed off on.
Independent Councillor PJ Ryan says he hopes the public will have good input to the plan over the next 13 weeks.
