Speaking at the annual Wolfe Tone commemoration in Bodenstown, Kildare – the Fianna Fail leader accused the British Government of 'shambolic' behaviour since the Brexit vote and predicted that it would push Britain to the margins of international affairs.
He says Ireland cannot stand by and wait – but must push for action to soften the potential short and medium-term destruction that could lie ahead.
