The Fianna Fail leader says Patrick Nulty was right to resign.

The Independent Dublin West TD stepped down with immediate effect last night, because he sent a number of inappropriate messages to women, including a 17 year old.
In his resignation statement Mr Nulty said he had failed to meet the standards he holds for himself – personally and politically.
It means a by-election in the constituency within the next six months.
Micheal Martin says Mr Nulty has done the right thing by resigning.
