The Dunnes Stores National Disputes Committee, which is part of the Mandate trade union, is meeting in Dublin later.
Around 6-thousand workers, including staff based in Ennis and Shannon, took part in a strike last month in a row which centres on low or zero-hour contracts, working hours and pay.
The Mandate trade union says that since then some workers have been dismissed or had their hours cut in response to the strike.
