Man Dies Following Limerick Stabbing

A man has died following a stabbing in Limerick this afternoon.

Gardaí were called to an alleged assult on Roches Row in the city centre at around 2 o’clock this afternoon.

A man in his 50s was taken to University Hospital Limerick with stab wounds and pronounced dead a short time later.

Another man, also in his 50s, has been arrested and is being detained at Roxboro Road Garda Station.
