Gardai have released without charge the latest man arrested following a security breach at Shannon Airport last month.

The 67 year old was detained in the Castletroy area of Limerick at around 8.30 this morning on suspicion of criminal damage.
He was questioned by Gardai in Shannon, but released without charge this afternoon. A file is to be prepared for the DPP
Today’s arrest follows two others on Monday when a woman in her seventies and a man in his fifties were detained in Galway.
They were also released without charge.
