A man arrested over a fatal hit and run in Dublin on Monday has been released without charge.

A 2-year-old girl was knocked down on the North Road in the Phoenix Park at around half six on Monday evening
She died yesterday morning at Temple Street Children's Hospital.
A 24-year-old man, who was arrested shortly after the incident was released from custody last night and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
