A man has died after a workplace accident in Co Monaghan.

The 19-year-old was fatally injured at 9 o'clock on a farm in Carrickmacross.
He was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Dorgheda – where he was later pronounced dead.
Two separate investigations have been launched by the Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority.
