A 27 year old man is due to appear in court in Cork this morning, in connection with an assault on a man whose body was found in a refuse chute in an apartment complex in the city.

The man was arrested on Tuesday about a fatal assault on 59 year old Liam Manley.
A post-mortem confirmed he had been the victim of an assault.
