French media is reporting a man’s been arrested after an armed stand-off between police and a terror suspect in Toulouse.

Officers surrounded a block of flats before dawn this morning.
The man’s the main suspect in the shooting of three children, a rabbi and three soldiers.
However, police are refusing to confirm an arrest.
They have, however, confirmed that they’ve found explosives in the car of the suspect’s brother.
Meanwhile, French President Nicolas Sarkozy has arrived near the scene of the siege to meet with police.
