A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run near Thurles, Co. Tipperary last night.
A 68 year old man was killed in the crash after being hit by a car at around 10:20pm.
A suspect was arrested this afternoon and taken to Thurles garda station for questioning.
