A man arrested in connection with a drug seizure in Clare has been released without charge.
Gardaí stopped and searched a car in the Bunratty area, shortly after 7 o’clock yesterday evening.

During the course of the investigation, €5,000 worth of cannabis herb was uncovered.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene and detained at Ennis Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
He’s since been released without charge and a file has been sent to the DPP.
