A man has been arrested in Ennis as part of a Garda operation targeting international fraud.
The man, who is aged in his 20s, was detained this morning after a search by Gardaí of a location in Ennis.
Local officers were assisted by the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB).

The man was arrested for offences contrary to Section 72 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2006, is currently detained in Ennis Garda Station abd can be detained for up to seven days.
This is the 21st arrest as part of Operation SKEIN, which is an investigation into Iinoice re-direct fraud being committed form Ireland, and the laundering of the proceeds through accounts here.
