A man arrested in connection with a drug seizure in Ennis has been released without charge.
As part of Operation Tara, the Divisional Drugs Unit conducted a search of a house in the town under warrant last Saturday morning at around 10.30 and during the course of the search, around €3,000 worth of suspected Cocaine was seized.
A man in his mid-20’s was arrested at the scene and detained at Ennis Garda Station.

He’s since been released from custody and a file is now being prepared for submission to the DPP.
The suspected controlled substances have been forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
