A major water works project will commence in Sixmilebridge next week.
Uisce Eireann is planning to replace over 1km of aged pipes on the R471 Clonlara Road.

Ward and Burke Construction has been appointed for the works, which are expected to be completed by July.
Uisce Eireann Programme Manager Jack Cronin says it will be hugely beneficial for the region.
