A man had a lucky escape this morning after his van burst into flames in a carpark in Clarecastle.

Emergency services were alerted around 8.30am as flames spread to a second car, which was also destroyed.
Two units of Ennis Fire Service were dispatched to the scene and found the van and car to be well alight.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze, preventing the fire from spreading to two other cars parked nearby.
No one was injured in the incident.
