The Taoiseach contacted the Environment Minister by phone yesterday to discuss a meeting Phil Hogan had with Michael Lowry, days after the publication of the report from the Moriarty Tribunal.

The Environment Minister has been under pressure over the meeting in March of last year.
Meanwhile, two Fine Gael ministers – Michael Noonan and James Reilly – have confirmed that Michael Lowry was present at meetings they had with other people last year.
