Met Éireann has issued a low level yellow weather alert for ice for Clare.
The low temperature and ice warning comes into effect for this county at 9 o’clock tomorrow night and remains in effect until Saturday morning.

Temperatures are expected to drop to as low as minus 3 degrees, with sharp frost and icy conditions.
The forecaster is warning of hazardous travel conditions on roads and underfoot, as well as travel disruption across the entire country over that period.
