Loop Head Lighthouse is being used to communicate with 65 other countries this weekend, through radio and morse code.

A group of amateur ham radio operators have made their annual pilgrimage to West Clare's iconic lighthouse, where they'll link up and broadcast to operators at 400 lighthouses across the globe.
The Limerick Radio Club which features members from Clare, Kerry and Tipperary will operate for 48 hours from Loop Head as part of the International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend.
