Clare's live register climbed for the second successive month in July.

An additional 101 people joined the county's live register, with the majority of this increase coming in Ennis.
However, the figures suggest that tourism is faring well this summer as there was a reduction of 22 in the number of people signing on in West Clare.
In North Clare there was a rise of 5, and in East Clare the figure was up 29.
There are now 8,077 people on Clare's live register, but this is more than 700 less than at the same time last year.
