A North Clare hotel has been recognised as the only Irish outlet awarded for their walking break offering in a prestigious guide for the hotel industry.
Sheedy’s Hotel in Lisdoonvarna has been awarded the ‘Editor’s Choice Award for Walking Breaks’ by the Good Hotel Guide in 2022 for the second time in two years.

The book features 675 hotels, inns, b&b’s and guesthouses across the UK and Ireland.
Martina Sheedy, of Sheedy’s Hotel and Restaurant, says the award is a reflection on the full hospitality offering of Lisdoonvarna and North Clare.
